1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by dhk8 at dhk8.io (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and dhk8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of any dhk8 service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with dhk8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and dhk8.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The dhk8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. dhk8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment source after verification.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on the dhk8 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. dhk8 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

dhk8 operates with the Bangladesh market as its primary audience. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. dhk8 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for players who access the Platform from restricted territories.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

dhk8 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. All players may be required to verify their identity before processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed. dhk8 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed to the Company's satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods

dhk8 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players should consult the deposit page within their account for current limits applicable to their selected method. dhk8 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which dhk8 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned to the source account and the player's account placed under review.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the dhk8 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied. There are no foreign exchange fees. Amounts displayed on the Platform, including balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals, are always shown in BDT.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours are processed on the next available business day. dhk8 does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be approved where the player has completed any applicable KYC verification, has met the wagering requirements on any active bonus funds, and the withdrawal amount does not exceed the player's available real-money balance. dhk8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

5.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless the player has requested a change through the verified support channel. Withdrawals to accounts not registered in the player's verified name will not be processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by dhk8 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published alongside the promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games are stated explicitly in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game types — including, but not limited to, baccarat, roulette even-money bets, and certain low-margin markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward meeting wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the dhk8 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to artificially reduce variance while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonus cancelled, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited. Suspected bonus abuse may also be referred to relevant financial crime authorities.

6.4 Promotional Changes

dhk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and subject to availability. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via on-platform notifications.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the dhk8 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or the application of settlement rules, dhk8's decision is final following a formal review process.

Bets accepted in error — including those placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing mistake — may be voided at dhk8's discretion. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time in response to developments during an event. Bets accepted after the conclusion of an event or a market's advertised closing time will be voided.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) rates reflect long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. Players accept that casino and slot outcomes are random and governed solely by the RNG and the relevant game rules.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhk8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or perform any action that would otherwise require human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bet settlements, or tournament results.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using dhk8 as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties, including friends, family members, or commercial syndicates.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dhk8 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

dhk8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all player interactions. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from any registered account, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dhk8 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of dhk8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from dhk8 is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dhk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or technical errors. dhk8's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dhk8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dhk8 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect Platform availability without prior notice.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

dhk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation determines that no breach has occurred, full access will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the dhk8 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

dhk8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dhk8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and other service partners strictly necessary for Platform operations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dhk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via on-platform notification or email to the address registered on their account. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately for changes required by law or regulatory direction. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region. In the event of any dispute between a player and dhk8 arising from or related to these Terms or Platform use, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through dhk8's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. Players must submit formal complaints via the support email address within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. dhk8 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
